To make your return an easy and quick process, all we ask is for you to follow these simple steps below:
1. Please read our Return Policy IN FULL below.
2. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Please let us know your order number, if possible, so we can retrieve your order information quickly.
3. Let us know the reason for your return and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
4. We will provide you with further instructions, which includes your RMA Number and the proper address to send your return to.
5. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a refund or exchange in accordance with our full return policy below.
All returns must be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. We will provide you with further instructions on proceeding with returning an item(s) in a response email.
We offer a 90-day money back guarantee on most self-defense items*. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request to return an item(s) within 90 days of the date of your invoice for a refund or exchange. If you would like a refund, upon receipt of the returned items, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the items to the credit card used when the order was placed (shipping is not refunded). If you would like an exchange, you will be charged for shipping the item(s) back to you, in addition to any difference in cost (if an even exchange, only shipping charges will apply). If we owe you for an exchange of lesser value, we will apply a refund, if any.
Make sure to return any and all packaging, instructions, and accessories that came with the item. If you are unable to return the item(s) as shipped to you, we will treat the return as if you are making an exchange. We cannot accept a return for any item that is missing accessories (such as chargers, or AC adapters, etc.).
In the unlikely event you receive an item that has been damaged during shipment or has a manufacturer's defect, we will, of course, replace the item or refund your money, including shipping costs to and from, right away.

*SPECIAL RETURN POLICY for TASER Devices and accessories:
Returns for all TASER devices and accessories are subject to a non-negotiable 20% restocking fee and initial order shipping costs (even if shipping was free on the order, the actual shipping will be deducted from the refund). We will accept only unregistered, unopened and sealed TASER devices and accessories. We will verify with TASER if the product has been registered, and if so, a return will not be accepted. If the product has been opened, registered and/or used, a return will not be accepted. Upon receipt and inspection of the TASER product, a refund will be issued, minus the restocking fee and initial order shipping costs. Please allow 10-14 business days for a refund to be initiated.
Should there be any shipping damage or a manufacturer defect upon your receipt of the TASER product, we will happily exchange the item for you at no cost.
*SPECIAL RETURN POLICY for Hidden Cameras & other Surveillance products:
Due to the nature of this product line, if you are not satisfied with your purchase we will authorize a return for an exchange of equal or higher value only within 3 days from receipt of your purchase.
These items are not subject to cancellations or refunds. So, please contact us directly if you have any questions regarding any of these items - our staff is trained to help you. We want to make sure you will be happy and comfortable with these products. So, if one of our customer service representatives is not able to answer your questions, we have an EXPERT technical support team that can! We will take your name and number and have a technician contact you to further assist you.
If in the unlikely event the item(s) has a manufacturer's defect or is damaged during shipment to you, please contact us immediately so that we can get your equipment repaired or replaced right away. All requests for a return must be authorized by TBO-TECH before the product(s) is sent back to us. In the event where a refund is authorized by TBO-TECH (on a case-by-case basis, determined by TBO-TECH), a 25% restocking fee (non-negotiable) will be deducted, as well as the costs to ship your order to you. It is your responsibility to pay for any shipping costs to return the item to us. Please follow the above return policy guidelines for a return of the above-listed items. All the above-listed items come with a 90 DAY Warranty (unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer) to be free of defects in workmanship and material beginning from the date of sale to you. *SPECIAL RETURN POLICY for DVD'S:
We are unable to issue refunds for returned DVD's. If you are not happy with your DVD, you may still return it, but you will receive in-store credit only.
Items that have a warranty will state so on our website, or on the package of the item. Any item that does not state a warranty on our website or on the packaging is warranted for 90 days. Warranty replacements will be fulfilled for MANUFACTURER DEFECT only. Wear and tear, customer misuse, etc. does not qualify for a warranty replacement. Items being returned under warranty will be thoroughly inspected for the specified manufacturer defect and replaced accordingly. If the item returned does not qualify for a warranty replacement, we will notify you of such, and provide options for returning the item back to you or for us to dispose of the item here. Refunds will not be given under warranty unless it is submitted to us within 90 days of purchase. If an item has a manufacturer's warranty longer than 90 days, refunds will not be issued.
