Will this work on all dogs?

Most dogs respond to the ultrasonic frequency by stopping, retreating, or losing interest in approaching. Dogs that are deaf or have significant hearing loss won't respond to the sound. Working dogs, highly trained attack dogs, or dogs in a full predatory drive may also be less responsive. For those situations, dog pepper spray or a stun baton with dog deterrent function provides a physical deterrent as a backup option.
