Have been looking hard for a multi feature tool. I have had this baton for a couple weeks. The baton is lightweight and balanced. I think can be used in a variety of settings from a flashlight at home to law enforcement. The hard aluminum spikes on the texture would surely mangle flesh with a solid strike, but are not more than slightly uncomfortable to grip firmly with your bare second hand. Even my sister, who is 38 and a mother said she would feel a lot safer if she kept one of these around when walking, driving. As she even carries a gun.
