Although we are pretty sure you are going to LOVE our products,
especially since you will feel more SAFE carrying one of our
self defense items, if you don't like them, then we don't want
you to keep them!
RETURN POLICY:
We offer a 90-day money back guarantee on our self defense items*.
If you are not fully satisfied, you may request to return an
item(s) within 90 days of the date of your invoice for a refund
or exchange. If you would like a refund, we will do so NO
QUESTIONS ASKED, for the cost of the items (shipping is not refunded).
If you would like an exchange, you will be charged for shipping
the item(s) back to you, in addition to any difference in cost
(if an even exchange, only shipping charges will apply). If
we owe you for an exchange of lesser value, we will apply that
as well.
In the unlikely event you receive an item that has been damaged
during shipment or has a manufacturers defect, we will of course
replace the item or refund your money, including shipping costs
to and from, right away. These types of issues fall under our
warranty. More information on our warranty is below.
To make an easy and quick process, all we ask from you when
making a return is to contact us for our return instructions,
which are pretty easy. Make sure to keep any and all packaging,
instructions, and accessories that came with the item. If you
are unable to return the item as such, we will be able to give
you an in store credit only. All returns need to be issued an
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. To do so, please
send an email to returns@tbotech.com (or you can call us at (910)
878-5722) requesting an RMA Number, and let us know your invoice
or order number, the item(s) you are returning, and whether you
would like a refund or exchange. We will provide you with further
instructions on proceeding with returning an item(s), including
the address to send the item(s) to, in a response email or on
the phone if you choose to call your request in.

The following items are special order items and are not subject
to cancellations or refunds:

Digital Phone Recorder
Voice Changer
If you have ANY questions regarding any of our above items,
our staff is trained to help you. We want to make sure you will
be happy and comfortable with these products. So, if someone
in our office is not able to answer your questions, we have an
EXPERT technical support team that can! We will take your name
and number and have a technician contact you as soon as possible.
Due to the nature of this product line, if you are not satisfied
with your purchase you can request a return for an exchange or
equal or higher value within 3 days from receipt of your purchase.
Sorry, we do not issue refunds on these items. If in the unlikely
event the item(s) has a manufacturers defect or is damaged upon
shipment, please contact us immediately so that we can get your
camera repaired or replaced right away. All requests for a return
must be authorized by TBO-TECH before product(s) is sent back
to us. In the event where a refund is authorized by TBO-TECH
(on a case-by-case basis, determined by TBO-TECH), a 25% restocking
fee (non-negotiable) will be deducted, as well as the costs to
ship your order to you. It is your responsibility to pay for
any shipping costs to return the item to us. Please follow above
return policy guidelines for a return of the above listed items.
All above listed items come with a 90 DAY Warranty (unless otherwise
stated by the manufacturer) to be free of defects in workmanship
and material beginning from the date of sale to you. See more
information regarding warranties below.
*SPECIAL RETURN POLICY for DVD'S:
We are unable to issue refunds for returned DVD's. If you are
not happy with your DVD, you may still return it, but you will
receive in store credit only.
WARRANTY POLICY:
Items that have a warranty will state so on our website, or on
the package of the item. Any item that does not state a warranty
on our website or on the packaging is warranted for 90 days.
Warranty replacements will be fulfilled for MANUFACTURER DEFECT
only. Wear and tear, customer misuse, etc. does not qualify
for a warranty replacement. Items being returned under warranty
will be thoroughly inspected for the specified manufacturer
defect, and replaced accordingly. If the item returned does
not qualify for a warranty replacement, we will notify you
of such, and provide options for returning item back to you
or for us to dispose of the item here. Refunds will not be
given under warranty unless it is submitted to us within 90
days of purchase. If an item has a manufacturer's warranty
longer than 90 days, refunds will not be issued. We can only
repair or replace the item. If you are needing to return an
item to us under warranty, please follow the return policy
guidelines above.
