I like this website, it clean, very informative, and I knew exactly what I was getting before buying. I received my baton very quickly, and it was packaged securely and came with the holster it said it included.
As for the baton itself, it flips open very easily, but collapsing it takes getting used to. It is expected that you don't want it collapsing on you when in use, but you really got to whack it to get it to close, harder than you would think. When I was trying to close it, it only collapsed halfway and a ring from the base came lose. I was also disappointed that It had already gotten scratched up just from the collapsing process. I know thats superficial, but still disappointing. Other than that, its got some weight to it and really can pack a punch.
Overall, I'd say that the baton will keep you safe, its just not as slick operating it as I thought it would be.
