Safety Switch: To prevent accidental discharge, three levels of safety have been built in: the disable pin must be inserted, the safety switch must be in the on position, and the stun activation button must be pressed before the stun gun will operate.

Advantages
It is functional but I have not had to use it thank God so nothing to say about the device.
Disadvantages
None at this juncture, but one point I want to make is I wonder if the activation pen will become loose over time and fall out with me noticing? I carry it in my little bag while on my walks.

Advantages
Love it! I made a special carry bag for this great easy to hold -switch on and use. I used Velcro in the bag. Put lipstick size pepper spray on bottom separated by Velcro strip inside bag with this on top so if mugger gets close I use spray and I have siren alarm on outside of bag. Bag is in front pouch of sweatshirt. So I hit sound first that mugger can't see. Then comes Master Blaster and then spray if blaster is dropped. While running. This set-up is especially for places I feel threatened possibly ! If anything slips it's still in the pouch.
Disadvantages
I have thought this out, haven't used it yet but is as described. I don't see any disadvantages except in videos it is clear you can't wait and need to use this immediately in neck or groin before mugger grabs you.

Advantages
The width and length is great, especially for hands like mine. It fits and feels great in my hand. The functions are easy to use.
Charging is a breeze and fast.
Disadvantages
To use the stun function you have to push the switch forward. And as you do you first have to switch through the flashlight function first.
And if you don't want to bring attention to yourself. This is a BIG problem.
I am going to look and see if I can take the flashlight bulb out.
